During the preparation stage, material selection, cleaning, and equipment setup are carried out. The type of metal for the profiles, such as stainless steel, aluminum, or carbon steel, determines the welding methods and materials used. The surfaces to be welded must be cleaned of grease, rust, paint, and other contaminants. After selecting the appropriate welding machine, electrode, and gas, the necessary protective equipment should be used.
In the welding stage, position setting, welding initiation, metal melting, and cooling are performed. Profiles are arranged in horizontal, vertical, or other positions based on the welding requirements. Once the electrode or welding wire is connected to the welding device, it is brought close to the surface, and an arc is formed to start the welding process. The welding torch moves along the seam to melt the metal and join the profile surfaces. After welding, the area is left to cool naturally.
In the finishing stage, grinding and cleaning are carried out. Excess metal or imperfections on the weld seam should be removed with a grinding tool, and the weld area should be cleaned to complete the process.
